Registration will be opened until March 15th 2009

The registration fees cover a full package including participation in the seminar, airport transfer to and from hotels, cultural show, site visit, internet access in hotels.

It does not include drinks except during special events.

International participants :

• Full seminar (5 nights): Rs 24.000 or 400 €
• Cost per day, including night (if less than 5 nights): Rs 6000 or 100 €

Asian participants :

from Afghanistan, Bhutan, China, India, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan

• Full seminar (5 nights): Rs 15.900 or 265 €
• Cost per day, including night (if less than 5 nights): Rs 3900 or 65 €

GERES can facilitate the booking of hotels in Delhi and the purchase of air Ticket Delhi-Leh-Delhi
